Muse Designs at the 2009 Atlanta Holiday House
The 2009 Atlanta Holiday House is presented by Steven West Custom Homes, and proceeds go to the Save a Smile Foundation. Muse Designs participated this year, creating bedroom #2 in the upper level.
To see our work from beginning to end, check out our pictures. We have the designer's rendering, the empty spaces, the spaces as work was in progress, and a couple of snapshots made as the work was wrapped up.
To see our work from the eyes of an architectural & fine art photographer, visit Blayne Beacham's blog on the Atlanta Holiday House. She has fantastic images of the design work throughout the house, including a couple of photos of our room.
Almost everything in the room is available for purchase, and a percentage of the proceeds go to the Save a Smile Foundation. Pricing as well as paint colors are provided for both the bedroom and bathroom, click here to download a file with the information. Note that several items were created by hand and specifically for the room, so contact us if you like the work and want us to do some custom work for your home!
A special thank you to our generous supporters: Advanced Glass Designs, DDI, Rochefort Designs, KLE, and It Goes Up. Thanks go out to Audrey Wood's loving husband, children, and most wonderful family!

Audrey Wood's Design Description
Designed for a dreamy young girl who loves nature, this space is a beautifully enchanted winter forest. There is a 10’ sculptural tree with romantic nosegays and whimsical birds atop the branches. Reflective surfaces throughout the room give it a magical sparkle. The space has an eclectic grouping of old and new objects, antiques and salvaged pieces, custom painted walls and unique artwork. A 90 year old mantle is repurposed as a one-of-a-kind headboard. Creams, a barely-there-sage, and a blush of pink are the feminine color pallet layered with rich textures that create depth, whimsy, and sophistication.
